Definitely not the perfect size, many are deformed too.

That's not exactly 2 inches. They are all slightly different and not all flat. Many of them are shorter and deformed. trying to make a semi-perfect tile pattern.

Pros
  • High Quality Control: Factory direct, all items are well matched, so there are no missing parts, deformation, burn, crack, burr, chipped edge. Each tile is laser clean cut and the same size and quality.

Good wood for the price

They are perfect for what I use them for. However, note that this is only 1/8 inch. I knew it. I also knew this from working with a similar tree. I take two pieces and glue them together with wood glue so they are about 1/4 inch. Yes, it will affect the cost. But this tree is worth it. Bought a different brand but was just as good.

Unfortunately, the quality description is inaccurate

They have a lot of burn marks and the quality is poor at best - all of which contradict the description. The squares are inconsistently etched leaving many pieces of poor quality and unavailable for use/sale. It's hard to find good quality precut 4x4 squares that are 1/4 inch thick; I'm still looking and welcome recommendations.
