Uniclife Replacement Smart Fountains Converter Review

I ordered this when the pump that came with my Pioneer fountain broke down (mid March). I think THIS pump just went dry because it started working again maybe a day or two later and I just took THIS pump out when the first pump really broke. A year later I finally tried replacing the motor but it never worked. I fixed errors and this is the pump. I'd rather not buy the same junk as before. Would like a return. Many Thanks.

I like this pump. It has three power modes. The noise some people hear is not coming directly from the pump. As it turns out, the insulation on the cable that powers the pump is much stronger than my previous pump and will vibrate against a fountain or wall if you don't tie it properly. If you hear noise, just touch the wire and you will find that the sound comes from there. Enjoy!

My own pump for my favorite fountain failed after only two months. Disappointed at the thought that I might have to buy a brand new fountain I was very happy to find this replacement pump. When making your selection, be sure to purchase the correct pump for your fountain, I've noticed that some pumps are configured differently depending on the pump setup. I installed it and it fits my current fountain perfectly and works exactly as it should. Excellent!

For use in pet fountains. This pump only has 2 suction cups, other pumps have 4. So you have to apply a lot of pressure to get a good grip. When the clutch is weak, 2 things happen: 1) the pump slips during the day and 2) it makes noise. Also, it heats water more than other pumps I've used. As long as the grip is good the pump is good and easy to adjust but I won't be buying another one.

Will not fit 360° Stainless Steel PetSmart It's too big, but can serve as a quick replacement if you can. Don't get a PetSmart filter because they don't order it. It goes to a hose that inserts into the carbon filter's chambers and pumps out water from the dispensing/drinking areas. But there is a gap between the steel funnel and the bottom of the cartridge that contains the carbon filter. It's a temporary solution, but an effective one until the real McCoy arrives.

Less than 3 years later my Pioneer Pet Fountain Pump died and I had to replace it. Did some research and found this one cheaper than the "official" replacement and gave it a try. The pump cover had a long tear - the item box was crushed in one corner, not sure if that was the cause? When I tried to carefully remove it, I found that it broke through, causing it to separate into 2 pieces. The lid was very flimsy and flimsy compared to the original pump I had with the PetMate stainless steel fountain and I've cleaned hundreds of times without flexing the lid like this pump does.
