I have been using this product for several years now. I raise pugs for pug rescue and this quickly eliminates any "accidents". The scent is pleasant on the nose. I only suggest that you use very hot water when using it as it will help with cleaning.

Originally bought for a new puppy. Only had to use it once or twice. But I only used it as a last resort to get rid of the mouse urine smell in the car. So far this seems to have worked. Sprayed it yesterday and I could actually stick my head in it and not shut up. Today I repainted and put the car in the sun to see if the smell comes back.

To sell this product before retirement. Have been using it since it came out. It is by far the best product that doesn't have a harsh or unpleasant odor. From lightly misting in the kennel, to misting feet that boys have peed on (which usually requires a bath to avoid unpleasant foot odor), to washing dogs in the HE washer... it outperforms the competition. And it's concentrated, making it better value for money.

Great for badly damaged areas. You must follow the instructions carefully and be patient. Less water will not work. There is always more water. I leave the solution on the carpet (and upholstery) for 24-36 hours, covering the treated area with a beach towel to keep the solution wet during that time.
