🔧 Optimized UnitedGene Replacement Parts for Roomba 500/600/700/800/900 Series Front Wheel/Caster Assembly Review

It was cheap and plastic not cast iron like the original part that comes with Romba. I will not buy anything from this company again.

Roomba 805 works like new again! The old wheel was stuffed with hair in all sorts of places, to the point where the wheel wouldn't turn and the wheel was worn out. Put on a new wheel and we're back on the road!

The one that came with Roomba was fine but we wanted a replacement as it was older. My husband installed the new front wheel anyway and we were surprised when it ran. It was quicker and finished in less time than the old one. Not so fast that it doesn't get the job done, but much more efficiently now.

This steering wheel works well. The problem is that there is nothing on the axle assembly to prevent debris from getting between it and the inner wheel cylinder. The original was sealed which is the best design. I've found that this picks up dirt, making it harder to clean and more likely to get stuck. It also squeaks sometimes.

I have a Roomba 805 and it doesn't work with it. The picture shows that the narrow part of the shaft is much longer on this new part than on the original part. This will cause the assembly to sit lower in the Roomba and will eventually lock up and prevent this part from rotating under the vacuum's weight. Roomba just wobbles back and forth because it's not turning in any direction.

My original Roomba R3 510 is over ten years old and needed a front roller replacement. The old one is worn out and falls out when I pick up the Roomba. The UnitedGene Replace Roller was perfect. It's not as strong as the original but it fits well and I can see it will last. My model number is Roomba R3 510 if you have a similar model.

Works perfectly just like the original part except it's now clean and smooth and works even better as the old one got rough and didn't slide smoothly which reduced battery life according to Roomba- staff over. It is worth replacing this part. The staff also informed me that dirty brushes also limit battery life. So I bought new brushes and actually a new battery as mine was at least 10 years old and everything is working like new again.

Bought for my Roomba 690. Failed immediately. I contacted the seller about this and asked for help. Got this response: sorry for the bad experience, yes it is suitable for 690. Please try again, if not please return it, I don't know. Maybe I'm being picky, but I have a feeling that if you say it will work on certain models, it should work on those models. Ruined my Christmas present for my mother and I'm also very disappointed with the customer service. Buyers be careful.

My Roomba 585 is having problems. The front wheel did not spin freely. When I took it off to clean it didn't stay in the case. The entire assembly is easy to remove as it just pops out with a little pressure. When I installed the new wheel, it didn't spin as freely as the original. Upon closer inspection, the metal rod showed an excess of plastic where it enters the main body sleeve. A little problem with quality control.
