This counterweight helps balance the gimbal but interferes with the stabilizer's standby function. Installing a counterweight blocks the reserve position. I have to use the gimbal in the open state all the time. Frustrated that the stabilizer's standby position saves battery and motor.

When I ordered these I wasn't aware that not all weights fit all gimbals. But I was lucky, these did. The problem is that once you put the weight in, you can't get it in the closed position because the weights are in the way.
