Beautiful and functional. The hopper and drawer are a bit small so be careful, but we use them for our coffee press and they work great. It takes a while to grind and you have to make adjustments but my dad loves it so five stars anyway.

Bought as a gift for a coffee lover and he thought it was very neat. He even used it many times until we couldn't stand the mess he made on the counter every morning. The fine coffee dust on the counter was just annoying when cleaning up. However, it's still neat to have in the kitchen and looks pretty cool.

I received my coffee grinder and immediately ran some flour and baking soda through the blades to suck up any factory oils. This is an important step. However, all oils are soon removed through normal use. The grind isn't fast by any means, but the grinder grinds the beans evenly and the coffee is as good as it gets. I will tell my friends about the mill.

I like it for many reasons. Bought for looks and features. That works great. Of course, in order to grind a full funnel of coffee grounds, you will have to turn it a little, but this is normal. It's relatively quiet, allowing me to work while someone sleeps in another room (unlike electric models, which bang like a chainsaw in the kitchen). I would recommend this to other users.
