Dead in three weeks

Purchased on August 4. Delivered on August 6. Installed on August 11. Dead/unserviceable/not accepting charge on August 31.

Only lasts a few months before it starts petering out

I got this about 5 months ago, and it's already starting to erratically hold a charge, and then die out after a few hours without warning. Worked pretty good and gave 3 or 4 hours worth of charge initially which was as good as I would have expected for an after market battery like this. But I'd hope it might perform similarly for at least a year or more before seriously diminished performance.

Correct Replica for Asus Computer

I bought this for an older model of Asus. After looking at tons of photos and descriptions, settled on this product and it was an exact match. So far (only 1wk), it has held it's charge and is working great.

Product arrived on time and was as stated on Ebay. Installed battery in laptop with no issues and right away it started charging.This battery replaces original battery that had stop accepting a charge.I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Precharged and SOLID performance so far

VERY nice for the price. Came about half charged. I ran it down to about 20% then turned off the laptop and let it charge over night. From that time on it has performed just as good as the factory one when new! Don't know how long it will last but honestly, at this price, even if I get just 1-2 years out of it, I'm happy. I will update this review if this thing craps the bed inside of 6 months or so.

Works great. good for me

I have only had the battery installed one day. The battery was at 77% when installed. It took over 12 hours to discharge. Then it took less than an hour to charge to 100%. I then ran the laptop on battery power for 2.5 hours. At the end of this time the battery was at 68%. Therefore, I am very happy with the staying power of the battery.

Easy to install. However, the original Asus K55a 4400mAh battery holds charge better than this 5200mAh DTK. Thanks for attention.
