Not true bypass: my feedback

Very disappointed, after all was said and done with hanging they are not a true bypass leaving a huge overlap between front and back door which takes away from barn door design. Also, due to overlap we have no coverage on the sides of closet. I really don’t Recommend these, we went through all the install and now will be eating the cost as we’re out of return window to purchase true bypass door brackets.

Pros
  • Easy to assemble. Sturdy and very pretty in my new office.
Cons
  • The doors could potentially come off their track, causing damage to the doors or surrounding walls

seems like good quality. No way to contact company?

the product is as advertised. Easy to install. Unfortunately I dont see any way to contact company. I wanted to see if they had bracket for slightly thicker doors. Their website seems incomplete.

Pros
  • Easy to install and very durable!
Cons
  • The doors may not be the best option for frequently used spaces, as they require additional effort to move

Great product good for me

The product overall is great. The only thing that was frustrating was that it didn’t come with an instruction manual. So you pretty much have to figure it out on your own thank god to my brilliant husband he figured it out.

  • ‎Black
Cons
  • The barn door look may not blend well with certain interior design styles or preferences

Sturdy- a little clunky but well priced.

A bit clunky but very strong. Quite a bit of gap in between doors so he sure to build them wider than you need. I’ve purchased about 200 tracks from amazon and smartstandard is the best by far.

Pros
  • Very pleased with quality
Cons
  • The kit may require additional reinforcement to hold the weight of the doors, adding to the cost of installation

Craftsmanship and quality top notch. Packaging great . The issue with a one track bypass system is the rollers must overlap each other. I made my doors and accounted for a 4 inch overlap on the doors. With the rollers overlapping each other this actually eats up a lot of door causing the custom built doors to be to small. Unfortunately not k owing this caused me to throw out more than a few FU’s over this issue I didn’t count on. This also has now caused me to buy another Barn Door kit that has

Pros
  • ‎9 Feet
Cons
  • Some potential buyers may not prefer the rustic or industrial aesthetic of the barn door look

Doors stick out further then expected.

I had these professionally installed. Finding the proper spacing for the distance between the front and back doors was a challenge. The stick I ut a few inches more then I had expected. Based on the design of the hinges, I had expected the doors to fit more flush. I used these for pantry doors so my installer had to fabricated a bottom piece to keep the doors from swinging. Over all they look nice.

Pros
  • ‎26.5 pounds
Cons
  • The doors may limit access to portions of the room, reducing the functionality of the space

Bad delivery. in my review

Package was delivered opened. It was cuted in half and opened. Four small bolts were missed. The product seems good but bolts are missed.

Pros
  • Quality product and easy to install.
Cons
  • The doors may be heavy and difficult to move, especially for children or elderly individuals

Seems sturdy but I received a used item

This may be a great product but mine arrived in used condition and some parts were missing. If you happen to get a new product with all parts, it will probably be great. It seems like a sturdy product.

Pros
  • High quality product , haven’t installed yet .
Cons
  • The sliding motion of the doors could potentially cause damage or injury if not installed correctly

Major assembly required and poor quality

The quality of the wood was terrible and the entire door had to be assembled. I could do better by going to a local lumberyard and buying the lumber and making one myself. plus we paid extra for shipping which was exorbitant and of course that is not refundable. Total waste of money.

Pros
  • Easy installation, clear instructions. Product is sturdy and works nicely.
Cons
  • The doors could be difficult to open or close if they become misaligned
