The unit works great for everything except phone calls. I bought it because of the CarPlay compatibility, and it functions great. The microphones, internal and external are terrible. The internal mic cannot be heard by anyone even when the car is sitting still much less driving. I was tempted to buy the one that cost more with more ram. Didn't want it too slow. But I got this one so as not to spend a lot. And I'm honestly shocked at how snappy it is. I figured it'd be a little sluggish for the price. Super easy to install even for me. Comes on instantly at startup. Sounds great. Looks great. I had high hopes for the unit but it is not working out. The installation is quite straight forward. I used the video in the review section to instal. It does not work with an 5 channel amplifier without them sending you an adapter. There are no instructions sent with the product. For under $300 this is an absolute steal! I've only installed a few radios in the past so I was worried about pulling those off (i had seen the previous reviews mentioning the lack of install instructions) but it was relatively easy. Very large and tablet like head unit. What I like about it, it's easily removed to add a subwoofer or a camera. Now its not a $1200 unit. But for under $300 it's a great deal. I lost three clips when removing it. Emailed the seller. Within two days I received six new clips and backup camera. All for free. That's Unbelievable.

There were no installation instructions to speak of, however, it was fairly simple. Refer to the Revain listing for more specifics related to wiring. Took about a 1-2 hours to install in my daughter's 2017 Jeep Wrangler, including a backup camera. We really like this system. We had the most basic system in the Jeep when we got it, so this was a pretty massive upgrade, and it even made the sub-par tinny speakers sound better. This is a 10 day review of this radio. Now removed and factory reinstalled.First impression was great outta the box, pre install everything looks great and of good quality, installation not horribly difficult without instructions but a little frustrating. 10/10 Happy with my purchase. I got this mainly for CarPlay being as I didn’t want a phone mount. The only slight nit pick is I have the pioneer factory system and the tuning is funky to get it to hit like the stock head unit did.

This product is the best bang for your buck, i was really worried buying this know how cheap chinese products can be. Cool touchscreen, CarPlay is nice and works most of the time, installment needed minor modification to fit snuggly but feels solid, but the main features of hooking in reverse camera and maintaining stock steering wheel controls do NOT work. Did the troubleshooting that others had posted but no luck. Very disappointed.

This radio is a cheap piece of crap. Opened box appeared as you can see from the pictures. The box didn't even say what was inside. Opened box there were no instructions looked like it had been repacked. Android auto nor Apple car play worked. Picture quality ok at best. The clips that hold it in dash are not secure 3 fell out when attached radio to mount plate in dash.

You need this in your jeep. This radio is everything you need in a Jeep. this kit comes with everything that you need to plug and play quality is extremely Worth every penny. Apple CarPlay links up extremely fast. I would recommend it to any jeep. customer service is fantastic as well.

This unit not only did not fit my 2018 JK, but it overheated during the first use and the backup camera harness arrived broken (wire & pin popped out) rendering my camera useless. Additionally, the unit is not how is appears in the photos.This was a total disappointment and waste of time.

I received the unit a couple of days ago and installed it this morning. There was no install instructions, but found install video and it was pretty straight forward. The wireless Apple CarPlay is awesome and the main reason I wanted to replace the factory unit. Well worth the money!

This unit is nice. It has a lot of features, is pretty easy to install, and although has a learning curve, is well worth the money. I contacted Sue at support to figure out why my backup camera would not work. She was quick to reply with images and solved my problem.
