Leaking from day one, horrible customer service.its been a month and still no action.they just wanna play email games The pull-down sprayer may not fit securely in its holder.

This faucet was easy to install for anyone with handyman skills. Works well but, after about 1 month of use, it developed a slight leak from the handle. Not enough to be concerned about at this time. I'm keeping an eye on it in case it gets worse.

Should have purchased sooner! Replaced my 5yr home kitchen fixture with this wonderful unit. Not too hard even for a 60 yr old crawling under the kitchen cabinet. You will need someone above to hold the unit in place while you tighten the nuts, otherwise the faucet will turn as you tighten below. Took me about 2 hours from rrmoval of old to installing the replacement. We love this unit!

The sprayer handle always hung down, it wouldn't stay at top it is always in spray mode there is no way to have normal flow on all the time. The touch sensor drove me crazy! you had to have your hand just right for it to recognize.

The faucet had several scratches in various places. I would have returned the faucet however had the plumbers scheduled . Very disappointed. One of the pieces actually had a hand written note attached noting some damage. Upset that knowing it was damaged, it was sent to me. The spray modes on the faucet are reversed and the water comes on in the spray mode; not the stream as it should. Also the pause function does not work. This company is awesome! Went above and beyond to make my purchase experience wonderful. The faucet was easy to install and beautiful; however, once installed our sink was coming on automatically spray instead of stream. I emailed the company and within a few days they mailed me two replacement novels that worked perfectly. Great costumer service, I highly recommend buying from this company!

It’s a nice intro to a (almost) motionless faucet. The base seems to leak when you have the valve turn into the ON for continued water use and not in love that you must wave your hand in front of the sensor before you manually turn in the water.

Great price for the value. The original faucet head did not work correctly (the spray and aerator setting were opposite) but the company quickly sent out a free replacement. We have had it over a year now with no issues with the faucet, the sensor or hose. Its a beautiful brushed bronze color.

Sensor won’t work, and not as easy to install as says. Husband has built houses and put these in before so it’s not user error.

Love the faucet however the quick connects leaks on and off when using the automated shutoff when the water is left on so worried about using it. I want to love it but don't trust the connections.
