Took two hours to install and get running.Had to change WiFi from 5G to 2.5. Now, none of my other smart electronics work because everything runs off of 5G! Would be perfect if they were able to be ran off 5G like every other product made to date. Returning ASAPUpdate: we didn’t have WiFi for two days because Xfinity was not able to switch back to 5G, I had to get an entirely new modem, ALL BECAUSE OF THESE BULBS!

Pros
  • ‎119 Volts
Cons
  • Limited Compatibility

Bulbs look nice though dimming accuracy, brightness and color temp is not as good as a Philips Hue bulb. The fail for me was the limited control using Google Assistant. You can only turn the bulbs on or off, that’s it. No dimming or adjusting color. Makes them pretty useless if you use Google Assistant to control all you lights.

Pros
  • Dimmable
Cons
  • Difficult Setup

These bulbs did not work out for me for two reasons.First, I was unable to get more than one of them connected to my wifi network at a time. The first bulb connected with no problems, but when I tried to add more, the app would not detect the additional bulbs. I tried several different bulbs and I tried connecting the additional bulbs with the first one powered on and off, but nothing worked.Second, the ability to adjust the color temperature via the bi-color led filaments is misleading. Yes…

Pros
  • ‎LED
Cons
  • The bulb may not be the most energy-efficient, especially when used for extended periods, adding to the user's electricity bill

Black text on neck of bulb visible in exposed fixtures

Connects well to Google. But if it matters to you, note that the text on the neck of the bulb is visible on exposed bulb fixtures.

Pros
  • Works well, I like the options of different white Hughes including amber
Cons
  • Could not complete the initial setup because it is not compatible with 5G

clumsy software, bulb hard to pair,

the ap wasn't very good, the bulb was hard to pair. I got it to pair once, then decided to start over with my schedule because I had jibber jabber in my schedule and wanted to start over, and then the bulb would not pair. this might be well suited to an outdoor light, but not the dining room main light

Pros
  • ‎90
Cons
  • No Color Options

Does NOT work with 5G Wi-Fi!

It only connects to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Mine is 5GHz, so I simply cannot connect it to Wi-Fi, meaning I will need to use it as a regular light bulb.Such a disappointment, especially because it it wasn't mentioned in the product detail.

Pros
  • ‎Energy Efficient
Cons
  • Expensive

I actually returned these

I bought two types of Edison bulbs for my new ceiling fan. I returned these bulbs because they were a lower brightness then the ones I kept. And to be fair, I’m not using the ones I kept either.

Pros
  • ‎1
Cons
  • WiFi Dependence: The bulb relies entirely on WiFi connectivity, which may not always be stable, leading to unreliable performance
