I bought this unit to replace another shower panel. Space is tight in the valve area so my installation was not so simple. The worst issue is the swing arm stays in position only when there is no water. But once the water starts running, the hinges won't hold the shower head arm in place so now the shower head is at eye level. There does not seem to be a way to communicate to the vendor.

Product was dented and appeared used. Nice product for the price. We sent it back. Easy to return for the damage. That's my feedback.

quality is just O K , and self installation is a little tricky.i highly recommend you check all factory clamps i needed to tighten 3 of the water line clamps .a template of the location to place the hanger clamps would be very helpful , i had to grind about 1/8" off one of the hanger bars so that it would fit tight also the bottom area of the panel has so many internal parts that it gets a bit hard to slide in place. also should have a warning label that the panel itself can scratch porcelain…

Installation is reasonable for a handy person. Very glad we made this purchase. Shower head has lot's of water and hand sprayer has great pressure as well as the body spray.
