Better products available

They have their pros and cons. Pros: They are very durable once deep in the ground; They can be easily attached to the trampoline and easily unscrewed. Cons: The stakes can be VERY difficult to drive in (you'll need to put a stick or short pole through the eyelet hole to turn the bolts even in normal soil); the plastic clips on the straps break very easily and then you have nifty knots in the shoulder straps. There are better alternatives. Look for screw ground anchors and metal staples.

Wouldn't buy again.

They seem to work when they go into the ground. I live in North Carolina. My soil is a bit sandy but not hard at all. Your "cutting angle” is ridiculous, it may be a shim. Okay, maybe not quite, but it took me almost 15 minutes to get an anchor just 4 inches deep in the mud. I spent the next 10 figuring out how to make it run faster. I even hooked it up to a drill to make it spin at a constant speed and it didn't cut into the dirt at all.

  • Excellent overall performance

This mounting kit was easy to install

My new insurance company was concerned about the stability of our garden trampoline and ordered me to dismantle it. The trampoline has been used in the same place for more than 3 years, so I knew that the stability problem is only perceived from a photo. This mounting anchor kit was easy to install. The anchors are simply screwed into the ground with a screwdriver through the top loop. I mounted all 4 brackets on the trampoline in half an hour. After I photographed the installed anchors and…

Cheap and easy to break

First, the straps were about 30cm shorter. I bought the trampoline at the same time, so I had no way of pre-measuring the required length. I managed to get one strap over the top of the trampoline and ten to the anchor. I would give screw anchors 5 stars. Very durable and long. As soon as I tightened the strap, the quick release buckle broke on 2 of the 4 straps. I haven't tried the last 2 yet. I ended up tying the strap to the top of the trampoline and back to the anchor in the ground. I just…

Very strong parts and accessories

I installed/reinstalled them to move the trampoline as my daughter didn't want anyone to see her jumping so you can detach and reuse. Before installing them I hammered a similar sized rod to the same depth to make the first hole, then filled the hole with water from a hose before screwing in the anchors. I also sharpened the anchors with a hose before removing them and they all came out at once. They're just the right size and I felt like they might break in that hard Texan clay unless they get

Apart from one small defect, they worked very well.

I live in Iowa surrounded by very few trees so the wind in my yard can be very strong. I needed something to secure my trampoline and they do a great job. We had a strong wind recently. Enough to knock over my Weber Bullet Smoker I have on deck. Wind gusts reached 60 miles per hour and the trampoline stayed in place. It works really well. The only downside was that one of the anchors didn't have the correct screw design, so it couldn't be screwed into the ground. I had to bend it with pliers to

Essential item for a trampoline

If you are going to buy a trampoline, then this item is a must! We bought a trampoline which we really liked and enjoyed for almost a month before a windy thunderstorm one evening. I thought the kids were joking when they looked out the window and told me the trampoline was moving in the garden. I looked out and saw that he was on the wrong side of the yard, pressed up against our fence. My husband assured me that everything would be fine: "The fence will stop him. He's not going anywhere."…
