It's nice to have a white tarp if what you're covering is temperature sensitive. If anyone has ever left a dark tarp on the lawn, they know what burnt grass looks like. Also handy as a side wall or market/festival/flea market tent cover as it helps keep things and people cool.

I bought this tarp for camping and used it in the tent. It's a very large tarp and our eight-person tent was covered from end to end. It should also cover the tent when it rained and act as a shelter when it got too sunny. Since the weather was nice, we only used it in the tent. We put an air mattress on top of that. As we were getting ready I noticed 2 small tears in the tarpaulin. I used duct tape to fix these tears but I wasn't very happy that the tarpaulin ripped on first use.

I just installed this over a roof leak. In terms of quality, it is in no way inferior to other tarpaulins that I have used for this purpose. I like using silver in this app simply because it's not as noticeable as blue or green and can be less hot than black or brown. The canvas itself is well made. Eyelets and corner fittings are strong (not that I'm using them here). It comes with a handy set of bungee loops and reusable zippers which I didn't use. Overall a good tent for the price.

I use this tarp under my inflatable pool in the backyard to protect the bottom from hard dry grass. 10 mils is just enough. I like white because it reflects the sun's rays instead of absorbing them, keeping the tarp cool. The grommets are sturdy and the included bungee cords and zip ties are an added bonus. The finish is of decent quality and the edges don't look like they'll wear out any time soon. It's always good to have a tarp on hand for emergencies, and this tarp is perfect.

I needed a new tarp so this was a great opportunity. I ordered a silver/black one to put under the fold out house, I wanted a sturdy one for protection and durability. I was optimistic when it arrived but once I started to unravel I was disappointed. This would be a good product but unfortunately when unfolding I found holes in the corner gussets. I don't think they were caused by bugs but they probably had weight on them or just weren't folded properly so there were holes in the corners of the fold in the package. Not all corner folds had holes. It's still a hassle, especially when you're using it to keep something safe. It's not heavy at 10 mil either.
