The product appeared to be very strong and with excellent performance but unfortunately the rails did not fit our rack with threaded holes. It would be great if they included hardware for different types of racks and preferably also for racks with only two racks. Because of this I unfortunately had to return the item as the seller didn't offer any other track hardware to make it work.

The Uptyma KVM Console is a great product! Delivered when they said it would. It has a very strong industrial heavy duty construction with strong rail mounts. The 2 USB ports on the front are very useful.

Not installed yet as it doesn't fit in my rack. I didn't see the details of the rails in the description, and they are at least 23 3/4 inches tall. We have a short beam and this one is too long. I ordered rack extensions but haven't had time to install them yet. Overall it looks like good quality and production.

This is a great addition to our server room. Installation was quick and easy, and the controls are simple and intuitive. We are already considering ordering a second one for another rack.
