I bought two of these in July 2020 and was so excited. Like the others, they received them with a broken seal, which they quickly replaced. Only 2 pieces and mold on the lid! Disgusting and useless. What a waste of money and food.

Judging by the pictures the bamboo will be at least partially polished or sealed like other similar glass and bamboo pieces I have purchased. But this bamboo is completely unfinished. I can't imagine it would work well with anything containing moisture at all. A lid is also dented at the top.

I like the concept and the materials. The lack of performance is that the lid warped after a few uses. It has never been washed in the dishwasher and has been well cared for. What is sadder is the attitude towards the customers. I called and emailed and never got a reply. You can do better, and you can do better by buying another manufacturer's product.

I love the large size XX, I'm particularly looking for a family glass lunch container that I can use for cooking in the oven and microwave which saves me so much time from cook to cook , I love pasta, salmon and chicken, they can be baked or steamed. The bamboo lid is ideal as a small cutting board for cooking. Feel great cooking healthy food from organic products. Thumb!

When I made the switch to sustainable food containers, I chose these and other containers Urban Green offers (rectangular glass containers of various sizes that I use every day!). I really like Urban Green products. Due to the central divider, these particular containers do not fit inside each other and therefore take up too much cupboard space when not in use (my kitchen is limited). I returned them for a full refund, no problem.

bought two sets of 5 at the end of March. A few things to note, the volume of these containers is smaller than what is listed. The 31 oz holds that amount when the cap is off, but the cap moves over 5 oz (16%) when securely in place. So with the tops you are talking about 3 oz (too small to be useful), 10 oz, 17 oz, 26 oz and 42 oz. In just one month, 4 (40%) glass containers were broken. I like having a tray of cheese always ready for a snack. I usually put the cheese on a plate and cover it with plastic wrap. After a few openings/closings, the plastic no longer seals as it did before. I was looking for a cheese dome and came across this one. I place the cheese on a bamboo surface and use the jar as a lid. I took them on purpose to replace plastic lunch boxes. Not only do they have compartments to separate my lunch, I didn't have to sacrifice the "BPA" plastic lid because this brand has bamboo lids! I was very excited about this product but when two containers arrived the seal on both was broken. The company responded to my email immediately and explained that sometimes they are delivered this way when shipping to hot climates. I asked if I had other problems with printing.
