While this cap appears to fit some reservoirs, it will NOT fit the BMW 2002 OEM VDO reservoir - it's too big! If you have a secondary tank, possibly from URO, this cap may fit (I don't have a URO tank to try on).

My old washer tank cap is rotten. Revain said it would fit my 528i and they were right! Would buy again and recommend to anyone with a 2006-2000 e39.

I just bought a 2011 BMW 328i xDrive and the owner sold it to me without the washer fluid reservoir cap so I have to buy it. I tested this one and it said it would fit so I bought it. That does not fit. It's barely too small so it just lays flat and doesn't snap into place. waste of my money.

Cap looks good and is a good price but didn't fit properly. It was too small and required a very heavy hand to set up. Instead of just snapping the tank into place, I had to loop it around the neck of the tank and then hit the last section with a screwdriver to make it snap into place. I'm not sure what happens if I try to take it off and refill it. Besides, it's okay
