I like that it's pretty easy to use once you get used to how everything works; there are many different ways to customize your app as well! The support team can be slow at responding sometimes - which doesn't help when we need something fixed right away or within 24 hours (which happens often). It also takes longer then expected sometimes before they respond back with what exactly needs fixing/changing etc.- this makes us think twice about whether our issue actually matters enough to spend time

I like that they are very flexible with their pricing structure (hourly or monthly). They also do work well as part time contractors if you want to get into contracting but don't necessarily need fulltime hours per week availability from them - which can sometimes be hard when working remotely! The support staff at Upwork tend not always know what's going wrong so it makes things difficult during times where there isn’t much activity happening through upworks website itself due to Covid 19…
