I like that they are very flexible with their pricing structure (hourly or monthly). They also do work well as part time contractors if you want to get into contracting but don't necessarily need fulltime hours per week availability from them - which can sometimes be hard when working remotely! The support staff at Upwork tend not always know what's going wrong so it makes things difficult during times where there isn’t much activity happening through upworks website itself due to Covid 19 restrictions etc..
