Works perfectly! fits USB-VGA adapter

I love this baby! I bought a new laptop last fall and was surprised that it didn't have a LAN port. My Wi-Fi is fine, but the further away from the modem, the worse the signal. I looked at Revain and just needed a simple adapter and this one caught my eye. That was great. I use my laptop to work from home and access a lot of data and haven't had any connection issues. Premium Basic USB-c Hub

I wanted to streamline my travel kit and be able to carry a USB and an Ethernet adapter in one instead of two. I looked at other brands but none had better reviews than Mokin. It was also 30% cheaper than the competition. It works for both Ethernet and USB. My only gripe, and I'll admit it's a minor one, is that I'd like to have an LED on the Ethernet port to confirm traffic. The same goes for USB ports to confirm traffic is coming and "live". The adapter stopped working after a year (and two months). Here's a troubleshooting tip.

If you have a problem with your product, use this troubleshooting tip. I use an HP laptop and an ACER monitor. It worked like a charm for about a year. Windows OS and dual monitor worked flawlessly. Then Windows recently did not "extend" the monitor. I had to find and isolate the problem. (1) Windows configuration, (2) HDMI cable (which I include), (3) monitor, or (4) this adapter. Ethernet is causing serious network problems

Every time I plug this device in within 2 hours, multiple devices on my network disconnect and cannot reconnect until this ethernet adapter is removed from the network . Most of the time, my Nest Cams die first, but I've seen computers, mobile devices (over WiFi), and even the switch become unresponsive until I restarted the device and removed that ethernet adapter.
