Scratching sound - forget it.

Good concept but sound quality is lacking. The Classic Handset and Skype Key is the best alternative for calling Skype over VoIP.

This is my third. They work great but be careful not to hit or drop them or you might kiss them goodbye. You need to download the US Robotics program on your computer and it will not work.

USB Internet Travel Phone (US Robotics)

This is my second USB travel phone from USRobotics - I've had the first for a few years and it works great - bought this as a spare. Good sound, always works well, small enough for traveling or at home. Use it with desktop, laptop and netbook.

waste of time! fits phones

I have found that this software crashes every time I restart my computer. I have to reinstall it every time I want to use it. Is it really frustrating, or is that why the price is so cheap? I don't know if I'm the only person having this problem as others have given good reviews. I bought it based on the reviews but now I regret it. Buyers just make sure you're prepared for what I'm going through before you buy, just in case you have the same splurge as me!

Great phone when I need it - TRAVELING

I travel a lot and used this phone for the first time last week. It was a trip to Play del Carmen. I set it up and tested it with Skybe before leaving. When I got to Mexico it was good. I used it to make calls and keep in touch with work, family and friends. It became ESPECIALLY handy when Hurricane Dean was forecast to hit the small beach town we were in. It worked well with my laptop on the hotel's wireless network. Excellent call quality from my room and the lobby. I've used it extensively…
