Description of UTENEW Plastic Crochet Knitting Crochetting

These needles are made of a very lightweight plastic material but sturdy. These hooks are so economical. These crochet hooks are smooth and comfortable to use, and they glide through the yarn without hesitating. Very light weight. Good for a backup set/travel set. Great to tuck in your project bag or purse for unexpected yarn purchases on the go. The indent where you scoop the yarn is deep so the yarn won't slip off mid-stitch. Our hooks flex a bit, which helps to minimize cramping. Nice crochet hook set. There are nine different sizes. 3.0mm, 4.0mm, 5.0mm, 6.0mm, 7.0mm, 8.0mm, 9.0mm, 10.0mm, 12.0mm. The set gives you options for whatever you want to make.

Perfect hooks for Arts and Crafts

These hooks are great! They're lightweight yet sturdy and the smooth plastic eliminates any frustrating snagging. They are also easy to grip and suitable for beginners. The only downside is that THEY come in limited colors. Overall, if you're looking for a reliable set of hooks for your Arts and Crafts projects, this is a great option..

Pros
  • Quick change
Cons
  • No color needed

Bent and Brittle: <5mm PROHIBITED

I don't leave bad reviews. I give 2 stars because I used maybe 3-4 hooks. This could be a good inexpensive beginner/tester kit for those using thick yarns. But don't expect them to last more than 6 months anyway. It has to be something someone 3D printed and thinner ones would snap like little twigs if actually used for yarn, especially in a tight pattern or if they get caught. These <5mm were very flexible and weak! Hooks from 5mm might have worked, but I just didn't think they wouldn't…
