This company is top notch in every way. The backpack our granddaughter chose was well made and very pretty but she was sad when it arrived and too small for her folders/notebooks. I contacted support and they let me pick a new one for free! I was beyond impressed. I would buy from UTO again in a heartbeat!

I love this bag. The three outside pockets (one on the back is short) are very practical. Inside there is a spacious central zipped pocket. Good size, good looks. Golden zippers add glamour. He's kind of shiny. I love it. The straps are unlined which would make them a bit uncomfortable with short sleeves in summer, but if they were lined the bag might not look as elegant. Whatever material is used to line the bag, it creates a crunching paper noise that makes it difficult to keep still.

Well I can't say enough about this backpack. It's beautifully made. It has enough compartments. I don't have a laptop but one might fit. There is an outside pocket for a water bottle. (important to me) It feels very strong but very light. I bought another one for $200 and it looks just as good as this one but heavier. The gold zippers are thick, well made and have a nice sheen which makes the bag look expensive. And can I say WOW for only $29.99 at Revain!

I already love this backpack! It's really stylish and the laptop sleeve is perfect for the classroom. I now use it as my daily college backpack and it's holding up pretty well. EDIT: I ordered another one of these as the strap on the last one broke after a few months. I am very disappointed in the quality of the new bag. I would give 5 stars to my original backpack I bought 3 years ago as it has withstood 3 years of heavy use, perfect size and cute but I ordered it again after one of the straps snapped (used a lot so I wasn't even mad) but this new one I bought clearly uses cheaper materials. The old one looks like a smooth quality fabric and felt silky and soft, the inside is the same. Feels like really good quality. I've been using it for a few years mainly for short trips and haven't had any problems with the bag tearing. I would like to point out that it is not waterproof and only has a low level of water resistance. The outer pockets get wet particularly easily. I've used an ultralight nylon backpack in the past and this didn't offer enough structure and comfort. It also broke pretty quickly. I also don't want full size backpacks for camping. This is a good bag between fashionable and durable backpacks.

Hello frustrated backpack buyers - I have 8 backpacks - too big, too small, too sporty, too manly, too colorful that don't match mine travel wear etc etc (I love to dress up nicely in comfortable business attire when traveling and don't want a huge Burton or Nike bag to ruin the look! So glad I found this perfect one!
