The label is torn off the box - why would anyone ship the product in this form?

The drills look good and come in a sturdy protective case. Haven't used them yet so can't give a full review but my reason for the 1 star rating and the issue is that the label on the box has been torn off the box making them look used been or is a factory defect sold on the site. I mean seriously, what legal supplier would ship a product in such packaging? (see photo) - This does not inspire confidence in the supplier and does not indicate that the product has passed quality control or a sense
