Just what I needed

This geared motor was perfect for a circuit board I made for my grandson. I wrapped the exposed gears in a thin sheet of brass and made a thicker brass U-bolt to attach it to the circuit board. .

Pros
  • Voltage: 6VDC; Speed: 300 rpm; Torque: 0.4kg.cm; Current: 0.45A
Cons
  • Ugly Package

Tiny but well-made and powerful

The motor is small but powerful. I was amazed at how much torque it actually produces for such a small motor. A home-made car for a school project worked great for my sons. It's not fast, but even in thick carpet the wheels will spin.

Pros
  • Motor size: 16 x 12 x 9.9 mm (L*W*H); Gear Size: 8.9 x 11.9 x 9.9 mm (L x W x H); Overall length: 35.9 mm
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

I have 30rpm and 300rpm and I.

I have 30 rpm https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009AQLDSS/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and 300 rpm https://www.amazon.com/gp /product /B0080DOEQU /ref =oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I ran both on 6 volts but both have the same RPM. This is either false advertising or a typo.

Pros
  • With excellent stalling performance, it can climb hills easily. You can also simply mount the wheel on the motor output shaft.
Cons
  • disappears
