Description of πŸ” Uxcell Straight Shank 22mm Drill: Superior Performance and Precision

High Speed Steel tool - 22mm cutting diameter. Good for most general purpose applications, featuring a combination of hardness and toughness for wear resistance. Reduced Shank - Expanding the size range capacity of a portable drill chuck. Common flute and overall length for minimal adjustment during tool changes. Black Oxide Finish - Black oxide treatment adds lubricity. Small pockets on the surface of the tool that act to hold coolant near the cutting edge. Wide Application - Design for drilling in low and medium tensile strength materials, such aluminum, iron, copper, brass and metal. Please Note: To make clean and precise holes, water is required for lubrication and cooling when drilling metals. Increased use of water lubrication will extend drill bit life.

Not suitable for mild steel

You get less than you pay for this bit. And this racket is not that expensive. It didn't even start on the 2mm mild steel, it just scratched it. Save yourself the hassle and buy the best brand.

Pros
  • Tools and household items
Cons
  • Expensive

Wears out in record time

This drill bit is a piece of crap and struggled to drill a hole in 1/8 steel. When it finally went through the steel, the hole was much larger than the drill bit. It was not a quality product and I do not recommend buying it. I wish I could return it.

Pros
  • Power Tool Parts & Accessories
Cons
  • Small Parts

Not suitable for mild steel

I am returning this item. This 30mm bit is useless for drilling mild steel. Even doing everything right. Too much cutting oil, correct size pilot hole, slow drilling speed, etc.: Useless. Wood: Yes Aluminum: I may have given it 2 stars just in case it can handle aluminum. In my opinion the bit may not be properly sharpened. , but I didn't buy a new bit and then pay someone to sharpen it professionally.

Pros
  • Electric drill parts and accessories
Cons
  • old
