These pegs suck. They come with a gasket kit depending on which mounts you buy. Chrome plating is cheap. I returned this product along with the mounts I had purchased. I don't trust Chinese junk when it comes to safety.

Flip flops won't stay loose, make rattling noises as you cruise down the road had to peel and stick all three strips because they just pop straight out and the curved pads will tear in half

They are a little tricky to adjust, use Loctite and tighten well. The finish is excellent except for the bottom where the tools left the spirals in the recess. You can tell when you turn them around. I'm happy with them for the price.

They're great just the way they are. However, the three decorative metal rods in the center of the footrest extend during use. So there are six little metal sticks scattered between Indiana and South Dakota. Otherwise they are functional.

Received them in the mail today. After reading the reviews I took some E6000's and glued the metal rods into the rubber just in case. I will install them on 08 Road King For a Mine of Mine and then we will do a 400 mile journey. I will provide additional feedback after we get back.
