Allowed me to fit an Arlen News Big Sucker Stage 2 air cleaner on my S&S Super E carbureted bike The extra thickness required some air cleaner modifications to get the crankcase vents to work, but that may not be necessary on another installation.

So I finally ditched the CV carburetor for the S, S and SE series absolutely loved the carburetor but I ordered an adapter plate to use my Arliness air filter, and he's too far from the head to mount The backup copy.

This is a great product. Tried it on my first bike many years ago. Hundreds for a carburetor and I didn't want to spend more on an air filter that would change over time so I got some cash, $20, and I can bolt on pretty much any filter assembly I want or have. Worth every penny.

On my 79th Ironhead, I'm constantly modifying parts to make them work. It would probably be ideal if I used a secondary air filter, I have one and it has worked. What I was hoping for was a plate to fit my classic air cleaner on the new Super E carburetor. I decided to drill some new holes in the panel and tilt the old air filter a bit and it worked fine.
