First, just buy the Accuride 3832ETR runners. They are cheaper, stronger, and have steel components in the locking mechanism. Did I mention they are CHEAPER? We have used them on 4 different drawers in our van and have had 4 different experiences. Everything was pretty easy to install. One of the four drawers works well and we love it - a light push to open, then it slides out instantly and a light push to close. The second drawer doesn't stay closed at all (click on it to close it and it will immediately pop out again), so we latched it to keep it closed. I bought them in 2 different sizes and encountered the same problem. Sometimes they close. Sometimes they don't and just get stuck in the "pop out" position.
