Attention: incorrect information in the listing.

I ordered a 5" diameter grinder with a 3/32" (2.5mm) eccentricity that says it uses only 4 cfm of air. It actually had an eccentricity of 3/16 inch (5 mm) and used a whopping 16 cubic feet per minute. This means that almost no single stage compressor and many two stage compressors will be able to provide the required air supply. When you have a massive supercharger, it runs smoothly and looks well built and light.

Good product, works with my smaller Craftsman air compressor

I have used this sander for both wet and dry sanding jobs and was pleasantly surprised with the ease of use and the quick roll up. I spent 12 hours in 2 days using this sander to sand the bottom of my boat. I sanded the bottom paint along with the swirl marks with 40 grit to a polished finish. I had no problem with the smaller air volume of my 2hp single stage supercharger. that works great.

slim 5 inch pad, affordable price, one-hand operation, light weight.

I was very skeptical about buying this 5 inch grinder. The reviews seemed pretty good and the few that gave a bad review seemed a little suspicious to me. I'm impressed with the smooth ride, the 5 inch pad compared to the 6 inch pad and it's lightweight so it can be used with one hand. The American made Detroit DA grinder that was replaced requires two hands to operate, the 6 inch National Detroit I have is made in the USA but costs over $250 to buy new .
