Vallejo Black Model Color Paint Review

Excellent black color just right for wheels, gunboots and other areas that need a black paint job

Meets Vallejo standards and plain black colour. I always recommend Vallejo to anyone who needs a water based acrylic paint.

I like this black color. I paint my models so I've never been too concerned with the smoothness of the paint, but the almost complete lack of gloss makes it easier to paint highlights, which sounds totally counter-intuitive, but what can I say?

Vallejo Black Modeling Paint continues to prove its superiority over other paints on the market. great price and availability on amazon. The brand itself makes excellent products and this black color is the most desirable for a foundation. works well with airbrush. highly recommended.

That's it. This is easily the best Flat/Matte Black I have ever used. For everything. Including plastic models. resin models. metal models. It includes leather, canvas, wood (obviously no models). This even applies to rubber and synthetics. It's better than anything from Citadel or GW, FYI

Very easy to work with and easy to apply. It comes off the plastic parts of the model with hot water. It's a pretty good starting point if you're interested in painting, and it's pretty cheap so you don't have to break the bank if you want to dive into the painting pool. I liked the black so much that I bought a pack of metallics to experiment with. photos included
