Runs like clockwork

Replaces my paddle valves on my 1999 Minnie Winnie. Went like clockwork. I took someone else's advice and bought stainless steel hardware to mount the new valves. The kit comes with new screws but not rustproof. After installation, which was very easy, I had a small leak from the black water valve. I just took it off, inspected the seals, then rotated it 180 degrees and reinstalled. No leaks. Even though it was only leaking 1 1/2 inches, I decided to replace both.

Will not work with extension

I purchased this product in hopes of adding an extension to this valve. The handle is non-removable and unthreaded to allow an extension to be fitted to this valve. Duraflex valve that allows you to remove the handle and add an extension.

After nearly an hour of removing and replacing both valves, I had the correct alignment. The problem, which is probably unique to my application, is that the seals on each side of the glide vane are loose in their recess on the valve and easily come loose when the new valve is fitted. I helped my efforts a bit by smearing silicone grease on the seats to…
