I bought this printer for use in class. Since teachers are responsible for all classroom printing costs, I wanted to find the best value for money. I had absolutely no problems with crisp prints. I would buy again.

When I installed the cartridge for the first time, the printer did not recognize the cartridge as HP and would not print. I emailed the company and they responded immediately telling me what to do and not to worry. Well I did what they said and now my printer works with a cartridge that is $100 cheaper than the OEM.

After two months of use, one of them exploded in my HP printer (there was a loud bang when printing), spilling toner all over the unit. The clean up took a long time. I will not buy this brand again.

After a bad experience with an open tube light and ink problems I was happy to find a toner cartridge that seemed to have no problems other than only printing 2700 pages. Highly recommend, especially if you don't want to ruin your HP printer. (We had to buy another printer!). The same thing! This is an excellent cartridge that runs silently and is absolutely flawless.

I tried this company on a recent printer and it smeared a lot no matter what I tried. The company supported the product and sent me a new one, but it's still dirty. So I had to buy HP. We have been using HP m401n for 8 years. I have always used HP cartridges. I was a little concerned about this as it is a very cheap fake. I put the cartridge in and it worked great. The quality is good, no problems. I am very happy with it.

Beautifully packaged. There were no problems when using it in the printer. No stains or lines. The print quality is excellent. A great, cheaper alternative to OEM cartridges and better for the environment. This was for an old printer so you didn't have to spend extra money on originals.

It worked amazingly, although I was skeptical at first. I pay double, sometimes triple, to get a brand name and when I work from home I use a lot more ink. The product arrived very quickly and well packaged and it works very well with my printer!
