I bought them because they were great for the price. I'm not sure what happened, but since I installed them, my printer has stopped printing with black ink. The setting should be on glossy and it will turn black. It is very strange and uses a lot of ink. I'm not sure if they were or just a weird coincidence that it stopped working when they were installed.

Totally happy. It says you may have a problem detecting the printer and tells you what to do if you do, but I've had no problems. I will definitely buy them again. A set of 4 is cheaper than the store, but it is exactly the same item.

We've been printing quite a bit more lately due to our distance learning kids. These cartridges work great! They install correctly with no error messages and the print quality is exactly the same as the expensive cartridges we've had before.

Edit: The company got back to us quickly and offered to send me a new set of ink cartridges to test. Unfortunately the black cartridge failed again, but I have no way of knowing if the problem is with the ink or with the printer itself. Updating this review to reflect quick customer service. Very disappointed that I spent money on this computer ink - the colors worked mostly but the black didn't work at all.

I was a bit skeptical about the quality of other ink brands but was surprised to see the difference. Sounds trite, but it's worth spending a few extra minutes looking for alternative inks that work for your printer, and they work seamlessly for my Epson 440 printer. **EDIT: Do not update the firmware or ink of the printer. may not work until you manually downgrade the firmware**

These cartridges have never let me down! I've bought remanufactured cartridges from other companies in the past, but they never work properly and seem to run out quickly. Value toner cartridges always print great and last a long time (I'm in college and print LOTS of documents). The price is also unbeatable. I will never buy another brand again!

I have been using these cartridges for a while as we are connected to the internet wirelessly. Epson needed a firmware update for the printer last week. After updating the firmware, only Epson ink cartridges will work. I wrote to support and they replied that Epson printers are for Epson cartridges. I will never buy an Epson printer as long as I live.
