Fast shipping, fast service so far. I've only used this product a few times since I got it a few weeks ago, but the ink cartridge I've used works really well. I will post a newer review once I have more experience with cartridges.

I have an Epson printer and if you have one you know the price of replacement cartridges. I decided to try these remanufactured cartridges after reading the reviews. Easy installation like original. They print well. I will be sure and not update the software as they advise against it. Plan to buy more depending on how long they last

Arrived in perfect condition. Installed on the printer, there were no compatibility issues. The print quality is excellent right from the start. Half the price of regular XL cartridges - great value. I will order in the future

I thought this cartridge would not work after I accidentally updated the firmware for a printer that was released on December 30th. I tried and installed Photo Black while this cartridge works with other Epson cartridges that are still running low on my XP 7100. If the others don't work when it comes time to install them, I'll update this review. Printed in grayscale for verification purposes and I can't seem to tell any difference in print quality - no streaks, no gaps.

I chose a remanufactured cartridge this time. I paid $77 at Office Depot and I regret never buying this printer. Ink is not retained when printing full covers. I knew I should have chosen HP or something more expensive. The whole adage that you get what you pay for is SO TRUE in this case. I hope this company continues to make refurbished models and keep the price reasonable and I will continue to buy them. As for the printer, please don't make my mistake. Go with a different brand. Perfect for my Epson XP-830. I was concerned as other remanufactured ink cartridges didn't work with the Epson XP-830, but the Valuetoner works great with no errors. The print quality is excellent. Run the printhead cleaner on the Epson XP-830 if you notice streaks on the first page. Overall very satisfied!

These cartridges are BETTER for my Epson printer! I was concerned about replacing all 5 cartridges when only one went empty, but I was only able to replace that one and the printer recognized it! The best reman cartridges! I become a regular customer.

Ordered this for the second time. I was very happy with this ink replacement. They seem to last longer than Epson replacements and don't dry out as quickly. They haven't really dried, they've run out of ink. Highly recommended
