Vanish 4-in-1 Artist Eraser: The Ultimate Replacement for Gum Rubber, Vinyl, and Kneaded Erasers - Individual Review

I like this eraser much better than the prismacolor plastic eraser. Doesn't leave that annoying sticky gum like shaving and doesn't smudge at all on me. If I need more erasers I will definitely get this one again. The only thing about this eraser, like other erasers, is that once you've erased those nice sharp edges, it's quite difficult to erase the fine details.

The eraser can wreak the most havoc imaginable. The claim of no mess or no cleaning up after yourself or whatever they claim is not true at all. It's literally like throwing gum crumbs at your art. But they were crayons. Perhaps it keeps its promises in other environments...or in other universes with different physics governing extinction and annihilation.

Excellent eraser, I use it to remove unwanted pencil lines from very delicate watercolor paper. Does not damage the paper surface and leaves no marks. However, this eraser smells SO BAD of a very strong chemical/plastic/rubber smell (worse than new tires) that it actually makes me nauseous. I can't even keep it in the same room and I have to wash my hands right after using it.
