Missing parts are good for accent furniture

One of my favorite things is unassembled furniture with missing parts. It arrived and I found the hinge pins were missing. I'm very careful to put all the pieces in a container so they don't get lost. It just shows the lack of quality control.

Pros

Difficult, but worth it

First review on Revain! Pros: Slim, lots of drawers, flexible for bathroom/kitchen/bedroom etc. Cons: So difficult to assemble! So many parts. The shelf inside is very high, I would like two shelves instead of one. Need to be assembled with a drill. I added a pretty marble tile to both to protect the top from scratches and water damage ($4 for both at Home Depot).

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • For old

Perfect little closet

We have a small old house with a pedestal sink in the bathroom so we needed something that would fit and give us a place to store our essentials. This closet is simple, plain and very cute! Plenty of space between drawers and closet. Very happy with it! Would give 5 stars but the lock nuts just won't lock and stay locked. It would be nice to see the best of them.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Can't remember

SO BAD SMELLS for furniture

oh my god! I opened the box and this closet stinks! I haven't even built it yet, but it just smells like some kind of toxic chemical. I've researched what it could be and some websites say China uses formaldehyde with many wood products. I hope not, but my husband says he smells like it. I was going to put my baby towels in there but now I'm having doubts. So disappointed with it. I had high expectations of this closet.

Useless instructions

Garbage instructions. They squeezed a few steps into one page, and there was so much stuff it was hard to describe. I also ended up with extra parts that weren't listed in the parts section of the owner's manual. I also followed the instructions as best as I could. It also takes all of those screws to attach the backs, but they're pre-drilled so you can just blind screw them in. One of my screws didn't go straight in and it's chipboard so it completely screwed it up. Also check the size before…

More cons than pros

This is a large product that fits well in a small space. But there are probably more disadvantages than advantages. First, it is too difficult to assemble. There are many unnecessary parts you need to do according to the instructions to assemble it. That makes it too complicated than it should be. Second, the board covering the top was riddled with scratches when I opened it up. And thirdly, the smell of new furniture is very strong. When building, give it a day or two to air out outside if you

Get Ready for Lots of Builds

Okay, first of all, this cabinet is cute and small and suitable for a small bathroom. However, the amount of work that went into putting this little closet together was just insane! The instructions were easy to understand but a few descriptions would have been nice. Tip for future buyers: Get a sturdy set of screwdrivers, a caulking gun, and some superglue in a tube, because small dowels and scattered screws won't hold everything together. Make sure the screws go straight in as well. I would…

Beautiful cabinet (not amazing)

I ordered this cabinet because I have a very narrow but unused space in my bathroom that I need storage. It was literally the only fairly narrow closet I could find. I assembled it myself, it took just over an hour. Some of the steps say two people are required, but I was able to do it myself with no problems (I'm a 40 year old female). I highly recommend using a drill to put this together. I think if you tried it with a screwdriver it would take at least three hours - so many screws! The item…

Exactly as advertised (except maybe the bathroom part)

Item arrived well packaged with all parts and instructions. None of the parts were nicked or scratched, and all standard pins and screws were included. Pros - It's beautiful, connects easily, and feels relatively premium for a composite panel cabinet. The drawers pull out easily and have a (plastic) stop so they can't be pulled all the way out, the door fits under the square and the back is screwed rather than snapped. Cons - Written instructions (all on one line) are incomprehensible. . It's…
