We've heard that people steal cars by copying their key fob. It works very well to block this signal. It's easy to use, despite the inconvenience of not being able to just take the key with you. It's sad that the world has come this far and we're losing the convenience of a smart key, but it's not surprising (jw.org).

I've read bad reviews that this key protector doesn't work. Yes, that's right! There are two keychain pockets. Silver lined top pocket is an RFID protection pocket. The key fob will not work if it is in this top pocket. The bottom pocket doesn't have this protection, so if I want my 2021 Forester to read the key fob, it will. Works perfectly. One of our cars has a key type where you leave the whole device in your pocket. With the remote in this unit it doesn't transmit - I held the bag right next to the doorknob and the car wouldn't open and the ignition wouldn't turn on. Exactly what we wanted as a security measure. At first I wasn't sure if it would work because there are so many fakes on the net. To my surprise this FOB protection was everything I hoped for, once the FOB fits in the pocket nothing works, no motor, no door locks. You must ensure your FOB is in a lined bag to prevent the FOB code and your car from being stolen. Just open the bag to start the car and then close it. Your vehicle will turn itself off without taking the FOB out of your pocket. This is a great deterrent to protect your vehicle.

Imagine your car alarm going off - or worse, all your windows are down and your car is unlocked - it's a long way from your desk - so buy these and it still happens - because THEY DON'T BLOCK THE SIGNAL they can actually increase the range of my Ford/Lincoln keys... and before anyone says - yes there are two compartments, I tried the correct compartment, great signal, excellent Reach, with either of the two cases I bought - no faraday blocking - IT DOESN'T WORK!

Big size compared to other options and good looking. Our car does not have key access. With the key fob inserted inside the side of the Faraday shield, the car would not open or start. But putting it there and not in an external case is a minor inconvenience. So I bought Titan rf Faraday tape from Revain and filled in the outer wrap with a few layers. While this does NOT work, the signal still leaks out. I will try some more modifications and update this. but the product works as advertised and

UPDATE: After a few months of use, the HR blocker stopped working. I can open the car with the key in my pocket. I grabbed a spare suitcase and it wouldn't open. Monthly testing is a must. Definitely genuine leather and beautifully finished. It comes with multiple key rings as well as a quick release hook. I have a car model that thieves like. This bag works because I can't get in or start the car with the key fob in it. I recommend......but check functionality regularly as I'm not 100% sure…
