These clear cartilage earrings were perfect. My daughter has a tragus piercing and she plays soccer. The earring needs to be taken off while playing and the hole is also closed before we can put the earring back. With the clear cartilage earring, we just put it in before the game and the referees had no problem with it, and we can easily return the regular earring after the game. The force not only pushed the earrings THROUGH the inner plastic bags, but also punched holes in the velvet pouch they were in. Some of the earrings were torn, others were in a plastic bag.
