DOES NOT WORK AT ALL

Doesn't work. Badly designed. Tried with apples. Also, there were no extra blades for "noodles". Those were the holes. Would a metal frame be better? Or a bigger/sharper cutting tool? I don't know but I sent it back.

Can't cook pasta very well

I have not been able to make vegetable noodles with this machine. The spikes attached to the vegetable, in my case a zucchini, expose the center and don't rotate. Maybe I should try small hard vegetables like carrots or parsnips. But zucchini just doesn't work.

The blade came with chips that dulled quickly.

Tried but ended up sending it back. I was able to use it a few times on zucchini lasagna sheets, but the blade dulled so quickly I couldn't use it anymore. The julienne blades were fine. Made a carrot good but it wasn't great. There seemed to be a lot of veggies left after this, especially when the zucchini was mangled.

Difficult to assemble and there are no detailed instructions to ensure correct use.

This product is difficult to use and holds skewers in vegetables. It was hard to figure out how to use the blades and the blade cover won't stay on. I can clean it well and get to all places because the blade is in the way. I will keep trying and using it, hope it gets better.
