You get what you pay for, nothing more nothing less, it won't be as accurate (or satisfactory) as a click, but it does the job and helps you not to tighten your bike or to tighten bike. A good choice if you are short on money.

Great price and does what it says. Because carbon frames are very brittle, over-tightening fasteners can damage them very easily. This tool gives a good indication of how much torque is being applied and fasteners can be easily torqued to manufacturers specifications. It is very easy to use and has all the standard bits used in bike mounts. The only downside is that it can't be used to untie, but at $15 it's a bargain.

I really like this torque wrench and it definitely meets my expectations in terms of value for money. I tested it with a digital torque meter I had laying around and it was fairly accurate in the 5-10Nm range (5Nm is the minimum on my digital). I found a variance of only 0.5Nm in each of my measurements and attributed this to the ambiguity in deciding whether or not the shaft is already aligned with the mark.
