Worth buying for simple purposes such as seeing family and friends. I got it as a gift. It's very portable and sits just about anywhere and has a nice focus right on the front. I would recommend it.

THE VEO CONNECT HAS EXCELLENT PICTURE QUALITY AND THE BEST OF THIS IS IT TAKES UP NO SPACE. When I opened the box I thought I had placed the wrong order because it's so small it looks like a toy, needless to say I love it, it's a great little thing!

This is a fantastic webcam, the image is really clear, other webcams need lots of light but this one doesn't need as much light to see an image. This is a great camera, it's small you hardly notice it's there. and it has this hot little blue light when it's on so you know when it's working.

I bought a VEO CONNECT. 333V**** DON'T DO IT They have a website that is all dead links, they have updated software downloads that aren't really there. You will not bounce an email back. And the phone number doesn't go through! I'm not saying "I've tried once or twice". Still no help, no email and NO SUPPORT! The CD-ROM software that comes with the camera will not be uploaded. And they WILL NOT HELP!

Pay attention to the dates of the reviews here. This was my first webcam. It's not bad, but don't pay more than $10 for this thing. You have to focus it by hand by twisting a very loose plastic ring around the lens. It doesn't have a built-in microphone. In fact, the only reason I even bother checking this is because I noticed that it's listed as $40 plus $10.95 shipping at this point. The Veo Connect USB PC Camera is essentially the Veo Advanced model without the built in microphone. For the price of the camera, stability and functionality this is a good buy. If you use AOL 9.0, AIM, Yahoo or MSN you can't go wrong.
