Fantastic Light! best in my review

This light is fantastic! It just as bright as I want and I can carry it around with me (the other day I used it when I didn't have a flashlight to look under my bed.) I really like happy lights, for someone who lives in Alaska, they help A LOT.

This did make a difference. I started out with only 10 " at a time. More energy and a mood boost!

One day this Spring, after endless day after day after day of clouds/rain/grey skies I'd about had it. Finally got this light box after thinking about it for awhile - now wish I would have gotten it much sooner, back in the middle of winter! Great tech to keep you alert, improve your focus & stay productive throughout the day.

My wife has suffered from depression, and her therapist suggested this Verilux Happy Light. I am so happy I bought this!I have had episodes of depression in years past and had been prescribed medication, which worked, but with unwanted side effects. This Fall, instead of beautiful days and a burst of Indian Summer, it was rainy and dark for days on end. Only 1 out of 2 worked

I got 2 of these and only one actually worked correctly. The other only worked at a low setting only. I was disappointed but I am looking forward to using the working one.
