Reusable but a screw that calls for description

Well, first let me take a break from this product description. Kills germs and viruses! Great way to entice people to buy these days. But anyway, it's washable so that was the main reason I bought it. Fits snugly on a 2015 Sonata with a 2.4 liter engine, but I just stuck the tip in and then slammed it shut and I was able to close the lid with no problem.

2017 Hyundai Sonata

Great for my 2017 Sonata. Funny how the Hyundai dealer tried to tell me it was the wrong aftermarket filter size when they did a full check when I took my car for a recall. I know they were full of crap because I installed this one myself and it was exactly the same size as the one it replaced lol. They wanted about $75 to replace it. Obviously I said no

I teach automotive engineering at a public college and I can professionally and honestly say that this cabin air filter is by far the best cabin air filter I have ever used and one of the best on the market. It costs money. You can clean it about once a year and it will last for several years. I highly recommend K&N filters and use this filter and K&N air filters in my vehicles.

Perfect Fit: Replacement Parts

I will update this review after 10, 20 and 30,000 miles. The filter is manufactured to the same standard as KN air filters. The fit was excellent and the replacement time was less than five minutes. In the long run I'm sure it will save me a decent amount of money. The dealership charged $65 to replace the existing filter with another plain filter that needs to be replaced every 10,000 miles. I'm curious how long this filter will last before needing cleaning and what the cost is for a cleaning…

Revain states that this product does not fit the 2018 Hyundai Sonata SEL with 2.4 liter engine. I can tell you it really fits. Installation was easy and no tools were required. Empty Glove Box, Remove Pivot Cam, Remove Support Arm, Drop Glove Box, Remove Airbox Cover, Remove Old Filter, Install New K&N Filter (Logo Out and Right Side Up), Replace Airbox.
