The best thing about this software is that it's FREE! This can be an issue if you are looking for more advanced features. It does all that you need, but there isn't much else to say. I like how I can easily move between projects and tasks in the same software. I also love that I can easily add attachments to my emails. I dislike having to log into another program to check email. The ability to encrypt documents in one place, making it easier for clients to access their files when needed. I don't like that you have to create an account with them before using the software. It's not intuitive or easy to use without having been trained by someone who knows how to navigate through all of its functions.
