The best thing about this software is that it's FREE! This can be an issue if you are looking for more advanced features. It does all that you need, but there isn't much else to say. I like how I can easily move between projects and tasks in the same software. I also love that I can easily add attachments to my emails. I dislike having to log into another program to check email. I do this on a computer, phone, and tablet so sometimes I will have to log into different programs to check email. It helps me keep track of my work and stay organized.
