Arrived a day early and

Not only did the 200psi kit arrive a day early, it arrived in perfect condition. Easy to install under (above) the spare tire in our 2017 F250 SB. Works perfectly. In fact I just ordered another 200psi kit for our new F350 because we are so happy with the first kit.

Pros
  • Excellent overall
Cons
  • Expensive

I have air for tires and wheels

Bought and installed 5 years ago. I installed the compressor in the engine compartment (Jeep Cherokee XJ) and mounted the air tank on a special bracket in the rear trunk. Having reliable air on board is great. I use it to air out tires after off roading, air out water toys and the like to activate my lockers.

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • Having problems

Great setup after install

Great setup. The hose is a pain, you have to heat it to bypass certain areas as it is very tight and twists in circles. You must be very careful when tightening brass fittings. Use blue sealant so the fittings can be removed in the event of a rupture. I had to run the compressor far from the tank so I needed an extra hose to connect each one.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Something different

Good product ONLY NO accessories/hoses that come with it

Compressor and tank appear to be good. The tubes they use are complete rubbish. Extremely rigid and will not route properly as the whole thing will warp and break. If I had to do it all over again I would just buy the parts individually and not waste time installing what they send as a kit. Lost a few days ordering new plugs and new wires.

Pros
  • Stable test results
Cons
  • Crumpled

Not so good at tires and wheels

The compressor flows back through the inlet. 20 minutes to increase the pressure. This is the second system I have bought. The last one was perfect. I don't know if the quality of VIAIR has deteriorated or if my compressor just broke. Due to the return/refund policy, I am not allowed to receive a new compressor. I have to remove the entire system, hydraulic tank, switches and lines. Not a very good option as it took 3 days to install.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • The list goes on.

Turn on the air. fits accessories and parts

First of all great product. A simple solution to a complex problem. With that said, I changed a few small issues with the overall design. The gray switch/push button box, which puts extra strain on the already flimsy 1/8 brass fitting, broke in 2 pieces at the air fitting. Don't worry, inside the gray mystery box is a VIAIR 40A 12V relay and matched 1/8" push button switch, 1/8" female to 1/8" male adapter with a large collet nut. Bad from the relay box was shorted. Ride to Autozone and Baja…

Pros
  • great product
Cons
  • fair

Perfect kit for my Tundra

Worked great so far and I was able to get a nice clean install on my 2011 Tundra. Place the compressor under the hood on the passenger side and the air tank under the truck just in front of the gas tank on the driver's side. Install the quick couplers in the rear wheel arches on both sides of the truck. There was enough air line in the kit to make everything work. I had to source some additional parts (on the Revain) including: two quick disconnects, two tees and a plug for one of the tank…

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Has cons
