Review on VIAIR Ultra Duty Onboard System by Matthew Riley

First of all great product. A simple solution to a complex problem. With that said, I changed a few small issues with the overall design. The gray switch/push button box, which puts extra strain on the already flimsy 1/8 brass fitting, broke in 2 pieces at the air fitting. Don't worry, inside the gray mystery box is a VIAIR 40A 12V relay and matched 1/8" push button switch, 1/8" female to 1/8" male adapter with a large collet nut. Bad from the relay box was shorted. Ride to Autozone and Baja Relay $10 40A later, works fine. Another challenge was finding a plot of land for my F250. Luckily I'm an avid welder, have a few prototype projects later and bam make some brackets. All wired together work like a charm and can ventilate pockets, horns, power tools, tires, etc. The compressor head gets very hot, so ensure there is adequate ventilation. A must for off-road and fast trailer/toy fueling.
