Buy your normal size!

Beautiful shoes. I've been wearing vibrams for 10 years and have always worn a size 40. The vast majority of reviews said that this particular style runs very small and you need to buy one size up. I bought 41 - they are too big. Not too big but my heel slips. BUY YOUR REGULAR SIZE so you don't have to return the shoes and wait for your correct size to arrive.

Disastrous shoe size

I had to order this item twice but it still doesn't fit. When I first followed the chart and ordered, they didn't even fit my toes. The second time I managed to stick my foot in for about five minutes. I had to take them off because my middle finger was numb. They left dents on all my legs. Don't buy from these people until they can get their sizing charts right. The shoes themselves are very well made (if you can find the right pair)

  • Great for a small home

I love love love these vibros

I love love these vibros. The transition from "regular” running shoes to them should be done with caution. Those who don't expect to be able to walk in it for hours on day one with ease. This hurts and in the worst case scenario you tense up your muscles and injure yourself. It's like deciding one day to compete in a triathlon the next day with no prior preparation. All that aside, if you have a little patience it's worth buying, your feet, legs and back will thank you 😊

Almost a 5 is good for trail running

I love Vibram's collection of shoes and these shoes, bought primarily for aquatic cardio, are no exception. There's only one catch. It's difficult to find the right fit when the middle finger is longer than the thumb. Not everyone has a graduated toe length that ALL toe shoes have. So they will always be a little bit big or a little bit small. I took a small portion and used pliers to stretch the middle toe (of the shoe, not my real toe) and that usually helps. Your experience may vary and I…

Comfortable but difficult to put on

I have 4 pairs of Vibram 5 Fingers shoes, they are difficult to put on because the upper does not stretch well and there is a plastic strap at the top. Underneath the velcro is unnecessary internal lacing that just clumps on the top of the foot and is made redundant by the velcro and the fact that the shoe is stretchy. (I cut out the laces which helps). There is a thick, stiff seam on the back of the heel that rubs against the back of the heel when walking. However, after wearing them for about

I love her! on Athletic

First off, I have been running a shoe store for over 10 years so I know exactly what is and isn't right for my feet. I have never bought a Vibram shoe that didn't exceed my expectations and fitted perfectly. I highly recommend that someone measure their feet before buying a Vibram so you have an idea of your foot width and a few other important things. If you have a high instep and wide foot, this shoe may not fit you as it has a narrower fit. I have a high instep and always go up a size in any

They weren't made the same way.

I used to have a vibrom. They were fine except the pair I received were not exactly the same. There was rubber on top that didn't sit in the same place on both feet. Where the rubber sat on the left side, the shoe felt tight and I could feel tension in the arch of the foot. The right side was a good fit. I didn't like how high these shoes came up to my ankle, but to be honest my previous pair of Vibrams sat low on my foot, below my ankle. So it's more of a preference than an actual problem. The

It's hard to get in, but worth it once you get in!

Very difficult to put on as the top strap doesn't stretch at all but it's worth the initial struggle! They have excellent protection throughout the sole (including the arch, unlike the Vibram water boots which only have ball of foot and heel protection leaving the arch vulnerable) from sharp rocks/branches/brambles as well as a toe guard to prevent impact . I wear them in the water and on land and they are the same for every environment. They're not waterproof if you want to keep your feet dry…

LOVE SHOES; HATE SIZE

I am confused. Will my legs still grow at 65? I usually wear a size 41 in women's Vibram shoes. I love them and I have 8 other pairs. However, SPYRIDON MR ELITE (size 41) is too tight, so I am sending it back. I originally ordered 41 in Forest Camo and they fit well but I think they would stretch slightly with wear. But I saw the blue/black ones, fell in love and had to buy them; So I ordered them in size 42. The fit was loose in width and the toes were slightly longer. I considered keeping…
