Review on Enhance Your Running Performance with Vibram Women's Spyridon MR Elite Running Shoe by Ronald Reese

I have 4 pairs of Vibram 5 Fingers shoes, they are difficult to put on because the upper does not stretch well and there is a plastic strap at the top. Underneath the velcro is unnecessary internal lacing that just clumps on the top of the foot and is made redundant by the velcro and the fact that the shoe is stretchy. (I cut out the laces which helps). There is a thick, stiff seam on the back of the heel that rubs against the back of the heel when walking. However, after wearing them for about an hour, they conformed to my feet and were comfortable. They're also heavier than other pairs - the sole is thicker and protrudes a little past the toes for added protection, and there's arch support that none of the others have.
